Once again, while everybody is sleeping, I went into the forest at night with a few bros to shoot macro. After trying out the EF 50mm f1.4 lens to shoot macro, I decided to try another lens which is the EF 85mm f1.8 lens to shoot macro. EF 85mm f1.8 is a well known lens for taking portraits. But I using it for macro, that sounds interesting, isn't it? All photo below were taken by EF 85mm f1.8 + close up filter. 3 different species of spiders. To my surprise, a small frog appeared. Quite an ugly fellow.

How do you tell if its a toad or a frog? The skin - if its rough and crinkly, its a toad and if its smooth, its a frog.

With Master of Macro - Steve around, no insects dare to defy their lord. All of them will come out to welcome their master. Most of the insects will spotted by him.
