" tend to underexpose and overexpose " shot in RAW.. p.s. picture still can be saved even if flash die on you like the last one.. hee played with the contrast, skin tone and saturation and the exposure thingy i think i sug at that.. i shot handheld... would be better if i had a mono..

Thanks for your input on the settings.. Might want to try a larger f-stop .. background is kind of busy.. My 2 cents Oh .. shooting at 1/200 .. don't need mono.. plus flash it would be sufficient to freeze frame and camera shakes..

Hahaha.. bro .. than bo bian liao.. if you get the chance try with a large f-stop and see if you like it.. Cheers will the sharpness drop and affect the picture??? Ok let say you shoot at f4.. the DOF is going to be shallow.. so what you loose is the background or what many would say bokeh (which is why you pay through your nose for larger f-stop lenses.. ) But the straight answer is no it will not affect your main subject.. But do note that because the DOF is shallow and if happen that you want to include a second model , say, stand just behind the main subject.. than you need to reduce (step down) your f-stop , ex.. from f4 to maybe f5.6.. Setting are very dependent on the light conditions .. so it good that you are shooting in Manual .. this is the way to make mistake fast and learn fastest ;D

well..agree with lowlights.... the background sort of divert the viewer attention of the pix away slowly.... but as you said...is the limitation of the equipment....then no choice loh... having said all....i like the colour tones.....

Picture with head and shadow dun look good. Chop off the head. =x hahaha ... chop the head means got less legs to see After viewing at your image for afew time, I prefer image 1. Cause you can perfectly view the model from head to toes. The way model position themself of the whole body. And I believe that is what fashion is, the presentation of the model and the things they wear. Ok la. Thats hard also cause you are not the only person there. haha
