Sorry to ask.... but what is wrong with having grainy shot? IMO, it gives the mood to the image. This still puzzle me alot, many people in the forums and in the internet have very little tolerance towards gainy images....... Wa .. clap clap nice series.. but I think The parachutists is abit noisy

Wa .. clap clap nice series.. but I think The parachutists is abit noisy There is nothing wrong with grainy pictures.. but the point is the shot with grain was not done so intentionally that's all. And for that matter if it was intentional .. the shot with the parachutist would not be appropriate, as nobody would expect a bright bule sky to induce grain to a picture. I pointed out to Cecil is in no way out of respect (hey.. I respect Chief like mad). But to point out to him that the cam he was using to shoot has noise.. and would be discussing with him later to find out why it is so. As I am learn the art of Photographic from him. But now that you mention it.. the shot does look artistic .. not like a photo anymore.. but more like a painting.. hahaha But seriously if you look at the 2 sky shot there is so serious noise in the blue .. are you not curious why so
