Hello xmen, I feel that the image alitte bit blur.
Is the image capture with a tripod?
Think this threat belong to night photography.

you are shooting at ISO 1600, Aperture f5, shutter 1/13 sec at 230mm from the other side of the river (infront of Esplanade)
At ISO 1600, even canon will have noise. Use tripod, set aperture to f8 or smaller, at f5, yr DOF is too shallow. If you dont have cable release, use the self timer. ISO 400 would have been enough.
Just my 2 cents. BTW I'm still learning night photography.
