wow...now trying different setup for macro shots ah.... now i know got another guy like me who use 50mm for macro shots.....but yours is on a full frame camera ;D
like your #1, but i think the reflective leaf on top kinda take a bit of focus off the insect itself...due to the flash ah?
i like #3 also!! nice shot at that moment, just curious you got any shot of the scorpion using its tail to sting its prey? hehe
so night macro can bring interesting photos huh....yeah....

Yup due to flash.. was more keen to test the results of the 50mm than to notice the flash impact.. my bad.. Haiz.. I was staring thru the lens when the scorpion stung it prey.. I actuall saw the whole action.. but picture was not in focus .. so did not capture the action scene... sian

I have the tubes, and adapters rings, so you can try using what I and gave first to see if it works.. before investing.. Just so that everyone is aware, not all lens can work with the +5 .. the 135 f2 is one that simply cannot.. haiz..

hi everyone out there...
is there any way to use a 52mm thread close up filter for a 58mm lens? got those item (dunno what is it called) that allows this to be done??
cos i'm wanted to try on the kits lens itself when taking macros....see if i can stand further away or not, as compared to using 50mm.....
