However, I think that the sharpness is not there. What is your set up?

Bro, no no.
Not only you say not sharp. A lot of my friend also say this image is not sharp at all. So what a waste need to put this image aside ( is as good as thrown away- As what I mean, nothing else bro.)
Ok the setting is f-11 speed 1/160 with Tamron 180mm macro 1:1 Lens together with Canon EOS40D mounted on Tripols.
