Hi guys, If im shooting raw, am I still required to set exposure settings things like tat? Can I still use AE lock in raw or it has no effect ?

Yes Bro, even if you are shooting in RAW format, you still need to set the correct exposure. Not forgetting, if your exposure is out by 10 stops (for e.g.), shooting in RAW also cannot save your picture. Hence, setting the right exposure is still necessary. It is just like shooting in RAW allows you to adjust the exposure should it be out by say 2 stops. You also can use AE lock when shooting RAW format.

Images in RAW format allow you to change the settings such as white balance, exposure, etc. Cecil and myself will cover more details in the workshop.
