Brudder... Check your lens range... before your buy the 17-40 or the 17-85... check out what len ranges are you interested in. if you buy the 17-40 and then you get the 70-200... you have a gap... I know some people might say... you can either move in or out... but... personally... you might miss some stuff out if you have to move... If you are interested in landscape... and you already have the kit lens... try the 10-22 instead... super wide angle. Cheers
